Our founder, Albert Coetzee, brings extensive experience as a Contracts Director for a national company, coupled with international expertise in constructing high-end hotels and resorts. This wealth of experience ensures that we deliver top-notch services and exceptional craftsmanship.
We specialize in servicing the high-end market in Cape Town and its surrounding areas, focusing on providing high-quality, accessible services to the highest standards. Our commitment to quality workmanship and client relations sets us apart in the industry.
Over the years, our management team has adeptly adapted to changing market needs, expanding our niche market to include the recycling and renovation of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. About Our Director
Vanessa Coetzee joined Albert Coetzee Construction Solutions (Pty) Ltd in April 2023 as the Director of Projects. Vanessa brings invaluable experience and expertise in initiating and managing Design and Construct projects across the industrial, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Her holistic, end-to-end approach ensures seamless project execution, with a deep understanding of the interrelationships required to deliver complex projects. Vanessa’s leadership and dedication to quality have significantly enhanced our capability to meet the highest standards and exceed client expectations.
Our mission is to achieve consistent growth while maintaining our reputation for timely delivery of high-quality work. We aim to have a competent and motivated workforce by focusing on personal development and fostering mutual respect. We strive to be innovative in our approach to clients and projects, and to adapt to the changing needs of our industry and society.
